Taste of Tradition
Malik is super excited for “Feast and Tell” day at school. On this special day, everyone brings yummy food that shows where they’re from. Malik picks gumbo, a Southern dish from his family’s hometown in New Orleans. At school, Malik’s friends share their own delicious dishes. Everyone has a great time trying different foods and learning about each other’s cultures.
